It’s close to clubs, bars, Waikiki, and the beach is like 15 mins away.

It's tough to make a living behind bars, and tough to recover thousands in legal fees for operating illegally.

Great atmosphere for 20 somethings...tons of bars and restaraunts!

The "Learn" link across the top navigation bar has lots of great info, and most importantly, the BP members!

If you do choose to buy there, I highly recommend looking close to campus, because students want to be able to walk to class, restaurants, and most importantly the bars (theres limited/expensive parking on campus).  

I'll mark them completed then set the bar higher if I'm ahead of schedule. 

I tend to lean towards taking the bumped rate to cover fees, myself, because a) if your renovation project has enough value add, you might just be refinancing to drop mortgage insurance in six months anyways or, barring that, there's b) this little guy to drop you down to a normal interest rate, which works because 203k is a type of FHA mortgage. 

There is no middle ground that makes sense.Option #1: replace hardware, get rid of the gold, replace the towel bar (is that red??)
