I'm very new to the real estate scene, I turned 17 about 3 weeks ago but want to get my first property very shortly after 18 maybe even 17 if possible.

Good afternoon,I am in the process of dipping my toes into the real estate investing scene.

There is a great young professionals social scene at all of those locations.

I promise there are plenty of contractors out there for everyone, and new ones come on the scene looking for work every day.....one cannot lose what one still possesses. most contractors will appreciate the work. getting paid fairly for the labor by itself.

-Growing technology scene, microbreweries going national (10 Barrel and Deschutes)-Rental vacancy rate around 1%-Limited availability of vacant land due to local governments inability to agree on a new Urban Growth Boundary.

Granted I’m new to this whole scene but I think looking at it through a basic lens might help.

The scene is this: My brother is paying full cash for his portion.

with the local RE scene and am actually investing elsewhere with plans to "come home" with my investing in the future. 

We can enjoy Atlanta (2 Hours away), and Nashville (3 Hours), Destin (4 hours), Chattanooga (2 hours), New Orleans (5 hours).Birmingham has an excellent food scene with many award winning restaurants, great breweries, a thriving downtown, beautiful parks and nature areas, and concerts/entertainment. 

Nightmarish experience with them so far..Instead of cancelling a guest's reservation I need to relocate them at my expenseMy listing is 4 bedroom 3 bathroom single family and its currently near impossible to find in  my area.Anyone had similar experience?
