Cheaper models, ones with exposed coils and if tenant is excessive with use causes freezeups but I think they work much more efficient in small spaces like studio and 1 bedroom apartments.

They have put a brand new metal roof on this property.The HVAC has always been serviced, but he has had the property since 2003 and it came with that HVAC. 

Hair everywhere, urine stains, barn smell and dirty hvac filters, ducting and coil galore.  

Been trying to get new metal roofing, gutter system, and outside building lights on commercial property for a long time now.

The metal faceplate hides the top one which is used as a master for all your rentals.
