Ductless MiniSplit in Cold Weather states
Hey All!
I am under contract on a 5 unit apartment and potentially thinking about splitting utilities. Currently the 5 plex uses forced air and owner pays for gas, but I am thinking about possibly trying to split the heat with mini-splits, but I have heard & read that mini-splits are not always great in the cold weather states.
Anyone have success with mini-splits in particularly Michigan but would love to hear from other cold weather states too.
