Most importantly though, spend the money and take the flights, cause you're going to want to visit multiple times to really get a feel of the city.

OKIf someone offered you a 0.1% chance your flight would make it safe... in other words, if someone gave you a 99.9% probability your plae would crash and burn mid air, would you board that plane?

The downside is that it's a 3rd floor walk up on a house that's already raised, so it's really like three flights of stairs to get there.  

Deployments brought tax free, combat pay, hazardous duty pay, flight pay was added in, and we set that aside to purchase the next buy and hold.  

I found it to be a little ambitious as a first real estate investment since it could only be reached by a 6 hour plane flight.

Crappy flights though, lots of layovers, I believe Home Depot is a better return..
