@Alex Wise AirBnB definitely is more time consuming then yearly rentals but well worth the extra effort however i dont believe in putting all my eggs in 1 basket.

I also thought about buying an Airbnb, but doing so would mean having to put "all of my eggs in one basket" (as cash generating airbnbs tend to be pricier).Some cities I am now eyeing include Cleveland, Rochester (NY), Buffalo, and Albany.
