In 2016 we saw a new trend of prices surging in the suburbs and slowing in the city center during the last half of 2016, reversing a years-long trend of urban neighborhoods leading the market with big price gains.At this point the smart investor may want to look to the suburbs...Also, the 7th ward is huge and is comprised of several distinct neighborhoods.

There are very distinct reasons for doing this that I've written many times about. 

But I think these are two distinct businesses.

This is a very important distinction.  

Because each market is different and adjustments are based on the each distinct market.

I'm not sure... as Baltimore has such distinct neighborhoods that abut each other.Your point is well taken about the different building styles. 

It's a minor difference but an important distinction

The GV number still has its own distinct voicemail box that apparently cannot be disabled.

One of the most distinct ways I've found them to be different is that there are rarely two identical houses.
