I would review what your competitors are doing, make the style cater to the area. 

If you seem more legit than your competitors you already won that lead.Credibility is definitely an art and you need to always be 3 steps ahead of your traffic, what they must be feeling, thinking as they land on your website.

For what it is worth, anyone reading this, we are considered competitors both in Memphis and Little Rock, but in the end I think we both have a healthy, earned respect for one another.  

I do know areas like nashville and surrounding communities do have many competitors in the area, but we have a lot of supporting that that in the near and short term will not be able to keep up with demand even with the current players in town and entering the market. 

We are selling 15 to 25K below almost all our competitors.  

Even if your competitor gets the TVs, it just raises the tide for everybody. 

Because there are so many variations, I couldn't possibly know my competitors intentions unless they specifically tell me. 

Any thought on competitors to LoopNet other than MLS? 

If you are running multiple projects simultaneously you or whomever is paying for things (writing checks, swiping your credit card etc) need to have a procedure for making sure each expense or cost goes to the right property.

I have seen listings not be updated six weeks after the MLS were updated.Many Realtors consider that kind of website to be a competitor to their monopoly on the MLS.
