Even if you are believer in "training" tenants (a phrase and mode of thinking I personally find incredibly offensive when applied to adult citizens, rather than children or pets), recognize that this tenant is past the "training" stage, as she will soon be past the "tenant" phase!

Just call a couple local tow or impound companies and ask them how to deal with it.If that vehicle happened to roll on to the road and if a good citizen reported it as abandoned, the city would remove it after 48 hours.Source:http://www.legis.state.pa.us/WU01/LI/LI/CT/HTM/75/...iv) The vehicle has remained on private property without the consent of the owner or person in control of the property for more than 24 hours.

@Michele Fischer Michele you can do that in Longview your not going to do that in most of the mid west and especially tenants that live in 300 dollar units. safety issues @Darrin CareyDArrin this was the hardest thing for the Australians to get over.. they just can't imagine that all US citizens do not have checking accounts and that the rent is not ACH'd on the 1st of the month... or bi weekly like they do there....And why do these people not have checking accounts ( because they can't get them they have bounced to many checks and are in the BAD bucket that is a national data base)
