Even if you are believer in "training" tenants (a phrase and mode of thinking I personally find incredibly offensive when applied to adult citizens, rather than children or pets), recognize that this tenant is past the "training" stage, as she will soon be past the "tenant" phase!

I understand you're a citizen, but having a job and living in another country, earning a different currency may get complicated.

Education makes someone a citizen better able to understand the complicated issues facing our country and world. 

Is it more difficult, are there more hurdles to jump through when buying a bank owned home as opposed to a home for sale by a private citizen?

I’ve tried to get more info about buying property as a non citizen, taxes,fee…from listing realtors, but no one responds. 

The only country that can take it down is the US government and our citizens.

@Michele Fischer Michele you can do that in Longview your not going to do that in most of the mid west and especially tenants that live in 300 dollar units. safety issues @Darrin CareyDArrin this was the hardest thing for the Australians to get over.. they just can't imagine that all US citizens do not have checking accounts and that the rent is not ACH'd on the 1st of the month... or bi weekly like they do there....And why do these people not have checking accounts ( because they can't get them they have bounced to many checks and are in the BAD bucket that is a national data base)

All of course in the interest of protecting their citizens and public safety.... : )I wouldn't be surprised if more stuff keeps popping up as things boom even more.
