We found out they were planning a meeting to assumedly plan their attack against us, so my very courageous partner reached out to one of the neighbors and asked if he could attend. 

Please do not say, I am determined, I will work hard, bla bla ,we all are determiend we all work hard,,,,,,, I hope you understand I am not attacking you.Good luck 

@Renata McCulloch , I've moved this post for you to the vacation rental forum like Marcia suggested.AirBnB is very appealing, but the hotel lobbies are attacking it from all angles.

You will have to build your own personal plan to attack REI, it's certainly a lot of information and not get rich quick. 

David I am still on the hunt for my partner(s) so just wanted to let you know you are not alone out there. my plan of attack is going to be attending meetups, seminars, conferences etc and see who best aligns with my strategy and vice versa.

I don’t think it is fair to attack the reputation of the agent based on something missed by the client.

Let's do some flipping ourselves and get some honest reviews without the author attacking us or trying to defend himself.  

In fact in my state LLCs are held to a lower standard of keeping up minutes and other detail oriented attacks that do not work harm on the plaintiff, than they do against corporations. 

Retirement is years down the road, but I want to develop a plan of attack well before then.
