The majority of them are not going to be big investors in anything,  but need Dave's basic principles of money management as they start their adult lives- which is basically don't buy things you can't afford and stay out of debt.  

Been in over a thousand houses, so I've seen drugs, squatters, adult stuff, dead animals of various sizes, even saw a live goat one time. 

I figured I had two options as an adult stuck here... make the best of a bad situation and try to survive, or get the hell out of dodge and move to a lower COL area.

@Mathew Fuller, if you are house hacking, please note that Fort Collins has an occupancy limit of 3 unrelated adults in one home, so adding a 4th bedroom might increase the value but you can't rent it out.

Most millennials had all these expenses paid for by their parents growing up which ultimately cripples them as adults. 

A few others manage around 50.I was the first to charge application fees and screen every adult.

I have friends that love babysitting adult agents as head brokers but it is definitely NOT my thing.What do I use for technology?
