No tracking, no slip tracing, no sending mailers, no buying lists, no filtering lists.ONLY 1.SEO.To address your rhetorical statement "otherwise everyone would be using this"Well not everyone has the skills to accomplish this BUT that has nothing to do with the marketing niche, that has to to with that person.So Yes there IS one marketing method that IS simply the best and surpasses all others.To drive my claim in...Sure combine different forms of marketing, but  the answer still remains, yes, there is a 1 tops all form of getting leads!

It's an obvious factor with doing a long term investment like I'm interested in doing and I'd have to to assume that marketing will sell a grade higher than maybe it should be so curious how to have an opinion about this when you are an out of state investor.
