Hello Bigger Pockets Forum! My name is Alex and I am 22 years old looking to get into real-estate investing! I am looking to invest in out of state properties due to California being so expensive. Any tips, tricks, advice, mistakes to avoid will be truly helpful! Anything would be greatly appreciated.
