Inventory locally across our county has been trending upwards but we're still low all while demand is high despite elevated interest rates.

However as it turns out, I happen to own the highest elevation of the entire "lookout", except that it is buried in trees and shrubs and a steep cliff impedes humans from accessing the plateau (my house is at the bottom of the cliff).

About 350,000 sq ft, 3 story, no elevators, 267 units, garden style, 6 buildings (club, office and amenities area is 1/3 of the lower floor of the first building), onsite detention pond of 1/2 acre, 8 acre site, 1 decel lane added. 

No tying up the elevator to haul  badly made furniture either in or out.

Where the freeway is elevated I can actually look into the buildings and see absolutely no tenants.

Many Florida properties have out of state owners, and some of these Florida properties carry on-going HOA fees etc. so prepare an ‘elevator pitch’ speech to explain to the PR that it would be a great idea to ask the court for an early order to sell the Florida property to avoid ‘financial bleeding’ like HOA fees and taxes etc.

Part of each and every meeting was that the individual members stood up and gave their "elevator speech" about what they did for everybody.
