Some people are visual and some are audible interpreters for sellers.

I did the same back in June, and now I can actually visualize what each neighborhood looks like when I see a property come up.  

Run.If he's visualizing you naked instead of concentrating on business, it's a serious conflict of interest.

I understand the basics from wholesaling, buy and flip, buy and hold, and etc.......The problem is I don't feel comfortable jumping in alone as I am a visual learning and would really benefit from having someone to help me throughout the process.

People are very visual, so posting pictures helps them figure out if the property meets their needs.

However in BP *RSVP every thing you share here and elsewhere: *(READ, STUDY, VISUALIZE, PRACTICE.) 

I want a visual of it and google maps street view shows only trees.  

And with adequate visual dampeners such as a fence or trees, most people don't give it much thought.  

Having a license can be a deterrent later on both in buying deals and property management.
