As others mentioned, AZ used to be this hidden west coast gem that you could get in at a low price and walk out pretty nicely deal wise.

I am going to have the inspection on it if I am going to proceed on it.I just wanted to see what things to consider in general when dealing with older buildings.I've done a few houses in that vintage.

My wife found a large vintage armoire/wardrobe that hides the large screen TV that we have there now for guests (with Roku).

You might discover some gems who aren't necessarily the best at online marketing.

I do get rid of those if they are close to the house.There are a some that are gems, like live oaks, but they have to have room to grow as they spread around 50 feet from center. 

I've lived here for 10 years now, and it's really one of the hidden gem cities in America... although I feel that's changing due to growth in popularity.

And don't forget about Northern KY, they have some gems as well!
