Vegas and PHX you could get higher end homes to go on contract but not today.. just check MLS listings no need to.At the end of the day low down payment to people that don't qualify for FHA is on its face according to Dodd Frank SUB PRIME lending and Sub Prime lending was one of the greatest reasons we went into a tail spin.. that's my point.
