I am looking at a beach front home in gulf shores 6bed/6.5bath (No Pool).  

Would love any tips/insight to help kickstart my journey or if you'd just like to meet up for an IRL/virtual coffee.

Based on my very limited understanding I would want to leverage my first time home buyer to buy at least a duplex though i would really like to get my hand into a triplex to increase the cash flow while living in 1 unit for a year (lot of tricks and tips here to not have to live in there for a full year which i would like to learn more as well) and lease out other unit(s).

Do you have any advice or tips concerning selecting a brokerage?

They pretty much do exactly what you are looking for.This or you can get involved in a "pooled" investment (not my favorite option) but depending on the deal this might work as well

We are not sure from where the water is coming from but water is pooling in my backyard.

So I think my best bet to start off with is to find a property management company.That said, I’m wondering if anyone has tips on property management companies they would recommend, and/or any tips on how to find the best property management.
