Hello:I have done numerous searches for information pertaining to soliciting/using private money and SEC regulations on BP and other sites and am having a hard time formulating a basic understanding.I do not want to be one of those posters looking to be spoonfed information, so if you have some links to great resources to better my understanding, that would be excellent.Here is my situation.

On some days, I don't do anything pertaining to managing a property.When I return to town where my properties are I do the little things to make certain my places are running smoothly (vacuum the halls, check hallway light bulbs, clean anything that needs cleaned, etc.) but aside from that it pretty much runs itself.

I would note however, that all of it pertains to commercial multi-family, which is 5+ units.
