Newbie from East Tennessee

Hey all
Great to join you in this awesome community. Over the last few weeks I seem to have unwittingly developed a keen interest in real estate investing. One day I followed a link to check out an REO wholesaling system that someone was pitching and I just haven't been able to tear myself lose from every bit of education I get my hands on that pertains to real estate investing. As I have seen that short term wholesaling type transactions seem to be a very viable means to start out gaining some capitol for my business, I have been narrowing in on such techniques as contract assignments. While I'm definitely enjoying the learning stage, I don't imagine being able to stand it much longer without seeing some action. I'm really stoked to be able to start gleaning form all the collective experience and knowledge that all you fine folks have gained through your time in the real estate investing world
