For experienced investors, I absolutely 100% agree...The "one offer" was more for those newbies who haven't yet put in an offer on any properties because they didn't feel ready...this will force them to take action, which will hopefully help them gain some momentum...

Once you get the basics down, the next step will be to develop and create your specific investment strategy.Such as to name a few:What are your target market(s)  What type of asset classHow many unitsMaximum purchase priceIs the deal a momentum, value-add, re-positioningExit strategyIf you know with clarity what type of deal you want, it is easier to communicate with brokers and investors what you are seeking.Hope this gets you started...maybe I should create a training course...haha

The snowball effect will give you momentum at tackling your debt and the great feeling when you finish paying one off is helpful too.

I am very excited to dive into agency and gain as much momentum as possible.
