Hello BP Community! I am currently in my first month of being a licensed realtor. Before now I have been wholesaling for around 8 months. Hey Eric, I'm not too far ahead of you in the process. 
I would find a mentor or become a buyer's agent for a top producer in your market. You'll learn 10x faster doing that compared to working solo and you'll also start making money sooner.
