The moral of the story, there is a definite difference between a wholesaler and a "wholesaler". 

Since they have been hesitant to help or even uncertain about the topic, I figured it would be best to find a community of people who understand real estate investing to get moral support and learn from.I've already reached out to my local REIA, but I wanted to cast a wider net and see who else is out there.

The other is some leases have a clause specifying additional fees and penalties for breaking a lease in addition to you still being obligated, legally and morally, to pay the lease through the lease term or until the landlord finds a new tenant.

This may rankle a few on BP, but I believe that as a Country's values and morals go, so goes the success of that country.

Moral of the story: Buy a better asset class!

In hindsight it was a very bad move for us as it should have been a red flag suggesting a moral character flaw.
