OTC loans are great but I dont plan on living in one of the units. 

I initially planned on doing month to month lease for incoming tenants just in case I need to let them go if they end up not being the right fit.

We plan to remove the carpet next year and install LVF to increase property's value and potentially bump the rent. 

I am planning to use this business (SMLLC)  to build the houses on my lots.

We discussed with the contractor and after this fourth payment there was one more payment left to give which I planned on not giving until the house was completely finished.

Hello all, I am coming to the end of the lease with my first tenant in a duplex that I'm living in, and plan on not renewing the current tenant's lease for various reasons. 

But if you already have your next plan lined up  and want to become more efficient and quick on getting you cash and vamp up your business , then yes ill suggest that route until you do this enough and then get your own license and then you add a bit more capital to your business . 

Despite some success, landlords should consider backup plans like hiring a property manager or buffer periods.Good luck!

Just called one of the banks and they require a business plan for a multifamily, is that typical for a lender?
