The number of agents is about 6 or 7 agents and they combined their sales under one team, which makes their performance very outstanding..That team put a lot of ad on everywhere such as zillow, trulia and local radios.

I make sure my clients offers are all legibly typed out, neat and easy to read, with realistic time lines based on the type of funding they have and due diligence they need to perform.

If they did the bank would not accept a big loss on the note but would want the owners to make them whole instead.So doing specific performance etc. can be a waste of time with a short seller.
