We do get some 3rd professionals to come out and help us (plumber with sewer cameras, roofers, etc.) but we have our team walk the units using our forms.

When the plumber came out to do the hydrostatic test he opened a clean out and immediately grabbed his scope (a camera on the end of a flexible line to look inside the pipes).All of the sewage pipes in the house were cast iron so the likelihood of them breaking when the house was lifted was essentially 1000%, but besides that they were pitted and corroded to the point that he said he wouldn't even bother finding the breaks.

I pay, I think, $180 for them to come out and run the camera down the line and tell me what they are seeing.

I can’t seem to find any similar services out there. we’re going to do a security system with cameras & alarms, but it’s in a dicey area so I don’t think that will deter vandalism all that much.
