I know most all states have Economic Development agencies that are always looking for Foreign companies to come into their areas for MFG purposes .

I doubt that Senators and Congressmen can survive a re-election supporting a policy that allows for their constituents to be thrown out on the streets.Most Section 8 agencies are run at the state level with funding from the Feds - it will take some time (at least two years) before the dust settles if it does happen....but I doubt it will happen.....but as with any law, the courts have to evaluate the legislative intent.

In RI,  the DEM has to approve septic plans so if you have a similar agency they may have a record too and as of last year in RI you can't have a cesspool so anything new is a septic.I don't know in NY but in some states on property transfer you need to get a septic inspection but make sure you know what that means.

no just kiddingbe careful with your money, look at differing strategies to move that moneymaybe look at loaning the money through a reputable agency for a 10-12% return on the capitalif you have some background in business then maybe a complex of some sortbest yet would be what is your dream- what do you really want to do- this could give you the opportunity to start something that you are passionate about- that may not be real estate you know what I mean?

If you did in proper time, then you can file in small claims court for the amount they owe.. they probably won't show, you'll get a judgement in your favor and you'll likely not be able to collect.. if you give to a collection agency you'll get only a portion if they are ever able to collect.#2.

I'm fairly competent at credit management, but here's what I've learned and offer to pass along:  Monitor your credit all the time and don't let the credit agencies or any business control your credit.
