The link to that Google's tool works great.We use it with our SEO and for ideas on articles to promote our business.

I have had some sales training on value creation that says if you can satisfy a decision maker's personal (recognition, promotion, etc) and business (increase revenues, cut costs) agendas then you have just put yourself at the top.

Sellers' business was/is a digital printing concern and my son is in promotional items.In essence, we are buying the existing business accounts and equipment/inventory, not the name or the existing entity, easier that way.The existing leases are being assigned to the RE holding company, as appropriate.

At the end of the video training they did promote a $197 VIP program for their forms and consulting package, but since they're in FL and I'm in NJ I'm not planning to get that.
