I don't get paid to give out these golden nuggets!

We're all mixed (the question is to what extent)-I've been told (and believe, but have no evidence to support) that intelligence is randomly dispersed across the globe. 

It appears that the Golden Knights Hockey team AHL club will building a new 6,000 seat area where the Henderson Pavilion is currently located on Water Street that's going to help with the revitalization of the area.  

I think a more wholesaler friendly title agency may be Golden Eagle Title in Hudson, OH.

@Rodney Lorenzo why are you blowing off @Bob Stevens and not gobbling up every golden nugget he's trying to drop on you here? 

Enjoying their golden years they usually travel and see friends and family and want passive income that is headache free and avoiding worrying about (active tenants, toilets, and termites).

I want to be a pharmacist or a former pharmacist who owns a CVS and a Walgreens, maybe 2 Walgreens and a CVS in my golden years.
