Trusts are even less of a DIY project than normal business entities, since you have to listen to the Uniform Trust Code.

Hi James -I'd change all the locks, etc and give some motion detector lights a try. 

Ultimately, I plan on hanging up my uniform in 5 years to fully pursue real estate investing and entrepreneurship, but in the meantime I'm here to build a network, learn, and contribute to the community.
