Pretty simple platform, but doesn't have much customization.You could also look into Appfolio, Rentvine, Doorloop and several others, but they cost more and are more complex to implement.We use Propertyware, which is extremely customizable, which is why we selected it, but comes with a long learning curve.

Leave enough in there to reaccumulate.Starting t age 55 you won't have to pay a penalty for early withdrawal, though its still a big tax hit I haven't done a cash out--yet--though I've used a 401K loan a number of times and it has worked out extremely well. 5 year amortization, but you are paying yourself and if you ever stop, you won't be penalized or taxed on what you paid back.

Just do your homework and call around.The legal and ethical requirements in selling your own property (whether you are listing it or not) are extremely heightened and everyone will hold you to an incredibly high level; that goes for flips or rentals.

With that much income, I'd have the vague suspicion you should have enough cash of your own to do the deals, or maybe just need a much smaller loc, say $50k, help with the float/cash flow.Also, since you are flipping, you don't have any collateral and you are extremely market dependent on finding deals.Try and see.
