When it came to customers, he had 6 floor plans, but he let the owners pick out pre-determined materials and add interior non-load bearing walls, except locations for major items.

Long story short, after a few months of dealing with other issues from these tenants, I am free of them, and have a new policy in place that when I buy a property with tenants in place, paying under market, I'd feel better off just kicking them out and finding new one's I picked myself.Luckily my area is sought after and if I want new tenants quickly, I can get them.

The situation: Recently moved back to where I was born and raised (Vallejo, CA/Bay Area) and after several interviews I'm needing to decide between a few job offers:1-Enterprise Rent-A-Car (Mgmt Trainee)2-Sequoia Equities (Apt Leasing Consultant)3-Redfin (Sales support)The dilemma: I do have an interest in REI, would love to be able to coordinate some flips as well as delve into buy and hold Multifamily opportunities (which is where prop mgmt comes into play).
