In terms of setup it looks like you sleep 6 but have a dining table that's barely big enough for 4 and living room seating for only two?

The "heads in beds" thought process is not cool when you're a guest and there's not enough seating in the dining room or living room, and you're waiting forever for your turn to shower in a 1 or 2 bath property.

Hi fellow STR hosts,We’ve had several instances where our cleaning team has reported damages to furniture upon checking in, such as major scratches on the new dining table or chipped nightstands.

On the Student loan thing I think its 10k per student so its not exactly paying for college  but in the total dollars are stunning and I can see how others dont like it..

Hi @Jamie Mason,Sarasota is a popular destination with the wealthy retiree and family demographic because it offers such a diverse range of recreation and leisure activities together with the stunning landscapes and wildlife it is a genuine gem.

He was eventually told to STOP as we had a high end cafeteria/dining room on the grounds.

The issue with this is that the back door opens into the small kitchen and an undefined dining/family room.

Dual kitchens,beds, baths, living, and dining areas.
