While there are quite a few investors who do not like the sector, I have found it to be enjoyable, fast-paced, and reliable and it has generated great returns.

There are a number of different sectors here that seem to be thriving. 

Tons of growth in population and in the business sector (Intel, Google, Amazon, Nationwide Childrens Hospital, etc) 

I been selling in Hudson county for 20 years and it has just kept brining great returns especially in the Multifamily sector.

Without new companies moving into the city and creating replacement jobs, the only jobs left will be low-paying service sector jobs.

The finance sector, the healthcare sector being the two worst.

Many individuals aspire to transition into different roles or sectors, yet find themselves reluctant to take a step back in terms of income for a span of years, even if it leads to greater future prospects.With this in mind, I'd like to pose a straightforward question: How can one initiate a career in the real estate domain without undergoing a significant financial setback?

Commercial agents handle offices, long term commercial leasing, etc. and it's a much more broad sector. 

I'm buying the office sector.

I think this is an exciting asset class and I am in the RV park sector.
