There is one thing you cannot change about a property and that's its location...If folks have even a small amount of internet savvy in that town, craigslist & facebook would capture them.

Even if Zillow's homes are concentrated in 50% of the listings in the US that's still just a tiny percent of what's for sale.

Hire a good PM and that will not only handle this issue but will free up so much of your time to concentrate on furthering your business.

Some are internet connected so you can add/remove them as needed (of course only works if you have internet there).

If he freaks out, give him until Monday.For the camera, change the wifi password and the camera will no longer be able to connect to internet.
