I suggest you read my posts on wholesaling, in Missouri, license requirements are applicable to anyone "facilitating" any sale, their definition includes causing title to transfer in a timely manner.

The deal Ive been given: We put 5k down the seller carries 39k. We get a loan for the other 75% or 135k. Any one know how where we can get this type financing for Indiana? Thanks in advance for any and all help.
