Hi, I was wondering what I need to know/where I should look to find a house/land where I could legally grow large amounts of outdoor marijuana, because my friends and I are trying to start a business. 

I would be inclined to try to cost effectively turn the extra parking spot into an outdoor patio for your own usage but not tear up concrete if that is what you were thinking.

Certainly we can use examples from history such as toilet vs outhouse or running water vs outdoor well, but I think these are apples and oranges.

I sold an outdoor storage facility in Bonits Springs off a video based craigslist ad.

"Trashed" can be include holes in the walls; dog poop everywhere; 5,000 roaches in the house; human feces in the bathtub; trash EVERYWHERE; children's paintings on the walls; windows broken out; doors ripped from the hinges; holes burned in the floor after the swat team throws in a concussion grenade; etc, etc, etc.

It is also across the street from a fairly new outdoor town center with tons of retail shops and restaurants.

This piece of land is in a gated community area where there's outdoor activities, etc.

We also have room for boat parking , as well as a hot tub and cute outdoor area so hoping that helps. 

This is two houses on one property and the house I am looking for help with is the one I will live in, not the rental.The garage was converted years ago into the garage but the cement was just covered with glued on indoor/outdoor carpet.
