For me the the CFA track made the most sense because equity/commodity markets interest me, but find your own, create a plan, and don't pick your head up until you find yourself where you saw yourself in the beginning.

You would need to be able to show some sort of a track record and I think their average raised is like $1.2 mil so you'd need further capital, but it could be a place to look.

I'd imagine a lot of people do what I do and add them to favorites, boards, etc. to 1.) track them as they age, 2.) look for price reductions, or 3.) see what they sell for.

A buyer needs to have a really warm and fuzzy about the flooded house having been repaired correctly.Don't make the mistake of not getting a building permit either because that could come back to bite you because FEMA keeps track of whether or not houses were repaired with a permit and the risk is that they could declare it uninsurable by a future owner, in which case they could come back after you for it.
