On Ronald's point about the base, I'm in the Guard here, and with the various Commands here I think the base is BRAC safe for the foreseeable future.

He apologized profusely, reported it up the chain of command in his agency and pretty much the guy never got another referral out of that office again (a local Coldwell Banker office with dozens of agents).  

Now these units are lived in and commanding 8-825 as they should..

If you pick the right area (again, not a bad area in town, but some areas command higher rent rates than others ...) you could conceivably get close to $2k monthly rent while having a payment around $1600-$1700.
