I have a co worker that want's to provide funds for my next house at a fixed interest rate.

My plan is to change the lock tomorrow (I have a co-host from my other unit who helps me with this unit) , The PM gave me non-working door codes today which sent my cleaner home without changing the door lock.

I know I have great credit and perhaps could have a co-signer.Finally, which of the areas that I listed above (or any other areas for that matter) should I focus on finding a good deal that will at-least break-even?
