Also no one has noticed that while he's traveling the globe telling the rest of the world how we (Americans), are too proud and consume too much of the worlds natural resources, he hasn't yet reached out to Israel, actually he seems to be totally leaving Israel out of the equation.

When I got laid off from my position at a Fortune 50 retailer earlier this year, I seized my golden opportunity to cash out my 401k and leverage my way into another 3 SFH's. 

In the extraordinary amount of time I spent in a year trying to find the golden goose for 1 deal I could have closed 20+ of client example number one.

First, I keep my properties nice and respond quickly to tenant requests - good tenants are like golden eggs.

Otherwise, you just end up like everyone else that crunches the same numbers from California looking to find our version of golden cash-flow in the Midwest :)

We've often said that we wish we hadn't "killed the golden goose," when we sold our rental houses, but his metaphor of "shearing sheep" works just as well.  

I truly hope you land in a place that ultimately provides security for your family and the ability to enjoy life in your golden years free of 'what do I need to sacrifice to make rent this month' at 70 years old taking the bus home from a part-time job at McDonald's. :)//adam
