(Hint:  the brokers are usually overly optimistic.)Reading is fine, and getting educated is the right place to start.  

There is always a hint of brilliance in those who ask questions in areas that they are not familiar with. 

Lesson learned there was if something is unsustainable it won't go on forever (hint-Massive Federal debt).

(hint: it would take a LOOOONG time, even assuming it rents for full price, is never vacant, never needed maintenance or repairs and you manage it yourself).

I can give a hint, its near the Gladstone area which has seen a lot of new growth over the past year in new construction etc.

As for finding a lender, there are a lot of active ones in this board that might be able to help (hint, one has already commented on the thread).

Tony, the short answer might surprise you - if you are buying an asset which can be impacted by increasing supply, you are buying the wrong kind of an asset :)@Ben Leybovich Thanks for the hint.
