Just be patient, make sure you get a good deal with equity & cashflows, and that you can hold through a downturn as this market gets hammered price wise when things turn ... you might have better buying opportunities in a year or so as the market is really hot right now, but educate yourself and start looking now, just make sure you get a good deal before pulling the trigger.

ALL lumber needs to get hauled to building material landfill which is about 1/2 price of garbage Cheapest way is back up a dump trailer carefully so tires dont hit nails,,,hammer and wreck bar and tear out piece by piece, tarp,haul to build landfill,,,rinse and repeat.

Though I had a hard time convincing myself when I was pounding additional floor joists in place with a sledgehammer while laying on my back in the crawlspace.I have an investment in a mini-storage in Mobile AL that has retuned, maybe $1000 on an investment of $30K.
