Yes there might be more competition but make sure you can dominate the competitors and stand out.Talk to local professionals like building officials, city council members, and local Chambers of Commerce to hear what is planned for the future and any laws you need to be aware of.

i think signs can be less effective especially if you have a competitor on posting these signs. you could use the internet like make an announcement on facebook that you are looking for a cheap property, forthomebuyers uses that method to find cheap houses in texas area.

My revenue is not off but my units are in a regulated market.Most folks doesn't realize heavily regulated market is actually good for superhost-level Airbnb host (that could also be primary OO house) because it would limit the number of supply/competitor.

I feel like most of the negativity comes from people who have never done a deal with New Western and do not have a fair understanding of the model, or else they are a direct competitor to them and want to take some shots, or they simply were a client that managed their rehab or resale poorly and refuse to take personal accountability.
