I’m inspired but unsure of what direction to take.

Looking for wholesaling inspiration, the beginning stages are rough and takes a lot of hustle and networking.

My growth is more like a firm oak tree and not like a weed that blows over in the wind.

Just wanted to share a huge success and thank, BiggerPockets for inspiration and motivation.Here is a link to the newspaper article giving a brief story of my shipping container project.There is more to the story but it's getting late and I got to hit the gym in the morning.

I've been in other markets where selling prices were 50% over assessed and some markets where the assessed and sell price tracked very closely.Running the numbers on the calculator sure didn't inspire much confidence for a cash on cash return at the asking prices as advertised!

I want you and others on here like Jay Hinrichs, Joel Owens, and Steve Vaughan have been a huge inspiration to me in the starting years of being an agent.I don't post a lot, but I do read you guys posts and have spoken to y'all  (southern coming out in me) privately.
