I would describe it as a "mini Boston."

Investing in mid rise row or stack townhouses or mini subdivisions is more worth while but costs a fortune.

Leveled house- exterior paint, fresh landscaping, added privacy fence, interior paint, new windows, new mini split heat pump system, painted kitchen cabinets, new counters and hardware, new bathroom vanities and toilets, expoxied baby blue bathtub and tile surround white.

This can be effectively addressed by strategically placing the mini-split units in locations where they can facilitate airflow into adjacent spaces, and by implementing simple modifications like undercutting doors to promote air circulation.

However, as somebody that has owned,  self-managed and grown a successful portfolio of AIRBNB properties, I just have to add that the STR method ( if strategized correctly) can pull off some huge returns.My fully furnished vacation rentals (mini resorts is what I like to call them)  kick back great cash flow.
