Not only would the mastiffs be an issue (they can be very friendly but are drooly/messy and who knows which of these people would be responsible for them), but there are simply too many people who could easily bail out of this at any time.

tenant complaints about messy neighbor
19 June 2013 | 3 replies
well, this is a new one for me. normally it's the other way, but my tenant and the neighbor share a driveway (the driveways are attached to each other).and the neighbor is messy. i noticed that while updating the house. their garbage cans fall over, no one picks them up. boxes are blown all over, noone picks them up. cig butts, tampon boxes, you name it, it's all over the driveway.the tenant has an "option to buy" the house and they like the home a lot. but they are complaining about the trashy neighbor.i know the neighbor. she is weird (does not smile and weird sense of humor), but i know her. have her number in my phone too, so i can talk to her.i just dont know what to say that might change her behavior...suggestions?

Sincerely,Javier You already answered the 203K question; it depends on the amount of renovations you want to do which conversely depends on how much of a mess the property is in and even deeper how much of a solid deal you can make because the property is a mess.:) I think you get 140 days to complete the project and it must start within 30 days of closing.Call Scott Rockhill at Capital Bank.
