Master LLC and Sub LLCs

Hi All,

Hoping to get some insight on starting a Master LLC with Sub LLCs for a Buy and hold strategy. I've read a few discussions on BP and i couldn't find a post specifically about this. thank in advance

1.  Can i start a Master LLC for my first property and later transfer it to a sub LLC?
2.  I eventually want to have a Master LLC and have multiple sub LLCs per each property and have all the cash flows, flow into my Master LLC so it would be easier to manage (imo) -
3.  If a tenant were you sue one of my sub LLCs, are my other sub LLCs / master LLC at risk?
4.  If my Master LLC were sued, could my sub LLCs be at risk?
5.  When i do my taxes, will this get messy?
6.  any other concerns or anything im missing in my though process?

Thanks!
