We are still waiting to hear from the seller.I did a little work in looking up the name the seller and found that he was a drug dealer (meth) and the building had a lot of foot traffic.He was arrested and lost possession of the building, now belong to the city marshal.

Used appliance dealers,Maytag and Whirlpool are probably the most used and available.Just make sure the coin opp has a way you can change out the amount they pay so you can adjust the price if needed..A used set with 6 mo warranty is about $400 to 600 depending on age..
