Help! Need 4 New Mobile Homes

I need to purchase 4 new mobile homes for my park I purchased 4 new ones last year for around 32k a piece, the price has gone up at my local dealer this year just looking to see if anyone had a better option. 2 or 3 bed, 2 bath, 14' or 16' wide, 56' to 66' long.
